Who is Mike Middleton?

Meet Mike: 34-Year Financial Veteran, Architect of Profitable Practices, and Pioneer of Client-Centric Success.

A former financial adviser with over 34 years’ experience Mike built and sold two profitable practices. Having bought a business in 2003 over six years he grew the business several fold and undertook a process to sell a substantial portion of the clients to another firm in 2011. The result of the client sale saw the client base reduce by 66% with only a small reduction in recurring revenue. Over the nine years that followed the businesses recurring revenue grew by more than 8 times. The tools and processes used to achieve this are part of the coaching programme.

Mike became an advocate of lifetime cashflow planning early in his career, thanks to a former colleague. Believing that financial planning could only be successful if you know what life your client wants to lead he evolved an approach to client engagement and questioning that is not only insightful for clients but leads to better client outcomes and better client retention.
